I'm Oldřich Turner, an investor and the founder of Herite, a private wealth management house. I have worked in finance since 2010.
What motivates me isn't just the growth of numbers, but the growth of people.
Today I lead Herite and a team of experienced advisors and investors who help people grow — financially, professionally and personally.
I focus on investment properties, long-term wealth-building strategies, and on keeping finance a service, not a product.

Throughout my career I have believed that finance should serve people, not sell products. Wealth is built over years and decades, not from one deal to the next. I founded Herite so that these values — integrity, long-term thinking and fairness — would have a house of their own.

I've trekked Everest Base Camp, Mera Peak, Upper Mustang and Annapurna. Each expedition taught me something — about life, people and myself.
At sea I find what's often missing in everyday life — calm, focus and freedom.
Sailing is a metaphor for leading a team. You can't change the wind, but you can change the course.
