I'm an investor and mentor who is still in the game.
I bought my first apartment in 2020 and my latest one this month. I know what it's like to start out. I understand how important it is to have a partner who helps you get further and truly gets you.
That's why I pass my know-how on to investors who don't want to repeat the mistakes of their predecessors. Who want more — who want to invest smartly.
Over 15 years in finance I've arranged CZK 3 billion for clients to buy real estate. I own more than 50 apartments in locations growing at 18% per year, with rent collection over 98% and rent yield growth of +5% per year.
My whole career has been in sales, finance and marketing. I share my path from employee to investor with clients. I'm very open and I show real numbers. Real practice. In finance I have hundreds of clients behind me.

S Oldou spolupracuji již přes 10 let a za tu dobu mi poskytl komplexní a spolehlivé služby, a to od hypoték, pojištění nemovitostí, životního pojištění, investice do podílových fondů apod. Vždy jsem měl možnost vše podrobně probrat na základě jasně a srozumitelně vysvětlených informací.
